Every entry on this page is a company's own careers board — a Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar applicant-tracking page that the company runs itself. Hiair doesn't list roles it scraped secondhand or that a recruiter emailed in; the "open roles" count is how many postings are currently live on that exact board, and the link takes you to that same board, not a copy of it.

This is the same index the agent searches when it looks for matches on your profile, so a company appearing here with open roles means it's a company the agent can actually apply to on your behalf, tailoring a resume with the same resume tailoring it uses everywhere else.

How often is this list updated?

The list on this page reflects the index as of the site's last deploy. Signing in and browsing matches in the marketplace always queries the live index directly, so a role that opened since the last deploy will show up there even before it shows up here.

What does the open-roles count mean?

It's the number of postings currently live on that company's own careers board, indexed by Hiair. It goes down as roles close and up as a company posts new ones — Hiair doesn't set or influence that number, it just counts what the company has open.

A company I want isn't listed — what happens if I request it?

Use the "Request a company" button above the grid or on an empty search. It sends the name you typed straight to the team that adds boards to the index — the same request flow whether or not you're signed in.

Where does the "open a board" link go?

Straight to that company's own external careers page — the same site you'd land on searching for the company by name. Hiair links out rather than mirroring the posting, so what you see is always the company's current listing.
