These terms of service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Hiair ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of hiair.ai, our applications, and any related services (the "Services").
By creating an account, connecting a third-party account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

In Short: You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to form a binding contract with us. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using the Services under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
In Short: Keep your credentials secure and your information accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. Notify us at admin@hiair.ai promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
In Short: We help you find roles, tailor your resume, submit applications, and track responses.
The Services may include, depending on your plan and settings:
We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. We are not a staffing agency, recruiter, or employer, and we do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment of any kind.
In Short: Connecting Gmail is optional, read-only, used only to track your applications, and you can disconnect at any time.
The Services offer an optional feature that connects your Google account so we can identify application-related email — such as confirmations, recruiter replies, interview invitations, and rejections — and reflect that status back to you inside the product. This feature requests read-only access to your Gmail messages. We do not send, delete, or modify email on your behalf.
Hiair's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use Google user data to serve advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it except as necessary to provide or improve the features you requested, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, and we do not allow humans to read your Gmail data except with your explicit consent for a support issue you raise, where required by law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized for security or abuse prevention.
We do not use your Gmail content to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Access tokens are stored encrypted. You may disconnect your Google account at any time from your account settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you may request deletion of the associated data by emailing admin@hiair.ai. Our handling of this information is described further in our Privacy Policy.
In Short: Applications sent through the Services are your applications, and you are responsible for what they say.
When you instruct us to apply to a role, you authorize us to submit materials to that employer or job board as your agent, using the information in your profile. Those submissions are attributed to you and are your legal responsibility.
You agree to review your profile and generated materials for accuracy, and you agree not to use the Services to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent statements about your identity, work authorization, education, employment history, or credentials. You are also responsible for complying with the terms of service of any employer, job board, or applicant tracking system you apply through. We may limit or disable automated submission for any destination at any time.
In Short: AI output can be wrong. Check it before it goes out.
The Services use large language models and other automated systems to generate resumes, cover letters, application answers, job matches, and interview guidance. This output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular role, and it does not constitute legal, financial, immigration, or career advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is submitted, and for the consequences of submitting it.
In Short: Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
Some features require a paid subscription or the purchase of credits. Prices and plan details are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers. By purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the amounts disclosed, including applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused credits, or unused features. We may change pricing on notice, effective at your next renewal.

In Short: Your content stays yours. You give us permission to use it to run the Services for you.
"Your Content" means the resumes, profile information, documents, preferences, and other material you provide to the Services. You retain all ownership of Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and transmit Your Content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Services to you, including transmitting it to employers you direct us to apply to and to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide Your Content and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
The Services, including their software, models, design, text, graphics, and the Hiair name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal job search. No other rights are granted.
The Services link to and interoperate with third parties, including Google, Stripe, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and employer websites. We do not control those third parties, we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the Services.
On termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive — including Your Content licenses already exercised, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive termination.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that job listings are accurate, current, or legitimate, that applications will be received, read, or acted on by an employer, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate. We do not guarantee any interview, offer, or employment outcome.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hiair and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services, Your Content, your applications submitted through the Services, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to informal resolution.
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at admin@hiair.ai and allowing us 30 days to respond.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is indicated by the "Last updated" date above and takes effect when posted. If we make material changes, we will provide notice, such as by posting a notice in the product or emailing you. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
